Right of Withdrawal & Returns
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also use your customer account by logging in with the email address used to place the order.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Note on the return process:
After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will send you a return label along with detailed return instructions.
To help us process returns efficiently, please register your return via your customer account or contact us directly.
Important:
Please do not return items without prior notice, as this may cause delays in processing.
Unpaid returns or returns that cannot be assigned may not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The goods should be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can investigate the issue and find an appropriate solution.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

Sealed hygiene items if the seal has been removed after delivery

Custom-made or personalized products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Sealed cosmetic or personal care items

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to gift vouchers or heavily discounted items where this was clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
This is the fastest way to receive a replacement.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Note for Orders from Other EU Countries:
The right of withdrawal applies uniformly across the EU.
The conditions for returns and refunds are the same as those outlined above.
