Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping Regions
We currently deliver within Germany and to all countries of the European Union (EU).
Please note that this also includes all EU overseas territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira).
2. Shipping Costs
Germany:
Standard shipping: €4.99
Free shipping on orders over €150.00
EU countries:
Flat rate: €9.99
All prices include VAT.
(Please inquire in advance about possible exceptions for island shipments or large orders.)
3. Delivery Times
Germany:
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after receipt of payment
EU:
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after receipt of payment
Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or peak times. Unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather conditions or transportation issues) may also lead to delays.
4. Shipping Carrier
We ship with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, with which you can track your order through the DHL website or the DHL app.
5. Delivery to Parcel Lockers (Packstation)
Deliveries to DHL Packstations within Germany are possible. Please ensure that your customer number and Packstation details are entered correctly and manually during checkout.
In the Street + House Number field, enter the Packstation number.
In the Address Line 2 / Additional Information field, or under Company, enter your Post Number.

At present, automatic data recognition is not yet available.
6. Customs and Import Fees
There are no customs duties for shipments within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU (if offered), additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply, which must be covered by the customer.
7. Transport Damage
Please check the package upon delivery. If the goods arrive damaged, contact us within 3 business days so we can find a prompt solution.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge return shipping costs and any applicable re-shipping fees.
