How do I cancel/ change my order?
As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel or modify it. To do so, please contact us with your order number at support@bayzl.eu or use the contact form.
Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. However, you can request a return via your customer account – please make sure to log in using the same email address you used when placing the order.
How do I return/ exchange an item?
Returns can be made through your customer account – please log in using the same email address provided at the time of your order.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
This is the fastest way to receive a replacement.

What if I need to change my address?
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the delivery address.
If you made an error or the delivery was unsuccessful, please contact us immediately at support@bayzl.eu.
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we can arrange for a reshipment – please note that in this case, shipping costs will be charged again.
How long does shipping usually take?
Germany: Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after payment is received
EU: Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after payment is received
Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or peak times. Unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather conditions or transport issues) may also cause delays.

Do I have to pay customs duties if I order from outside the EU?
Please note that import taxes and customs duties may apply to orders from non-EU countries.
