The exterior, made of 100% high-quality cotton, impresses with an elegant, matte texture and a clean finish, while the lint-free lining of 53% polyester and 47% cotton ensures a pleasantly soft feel and reliable breathability.

The subtle, embroidered BAYZL logo adds a discreet detail that combines understatement with sophistication.

How do I cancel/ change my order?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel or modify it. To do so, please contact us with your order number at support@bayzl.eu or use the contact form.

Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. However, you can request a return via your customer account – please make sure to log in using the same email address you used when placing the order.
How do I return/ exchange an item?

Returns can be made through your customer account – please log in using the same email address provided at the time of your order.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.

This is the fastest way to receive a replacement.

What if I need to change my address?

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the delivery address.

If you made an error or the delivery was unsuccessful, please contact us immediately at support@bayzl.eu.

Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we can arrange for a reshipment – please note that in this case, shipping costs will be charged again.
How long does shipping usually take?
